Obituary
On Saturday, October 14, 2017, in the city of Dallas, while home and surrounded by family and friends, Mrs. Betty Jean Robbins-Johnson quietly slipped away from her earthly tabernacle to be eternally with the Lord. It was on a quiet Sunday morning, June 5, 1955 in Dangerfield, Texas that Betty was born to the proud parentage of Tim and Reddie Robbins. She grew up and completed her formal education in the public schools of Blooming Grove, Texas. Betty accepted Christ at an early age and remained faithful in the church, until her declining health prevented her from attending services. She married Ronnie Johnson whom she dearly loved and was fully devoted to till his death separated their marriage. Betty gave birth to four beautiful children whom she dearly loved and protected.
She was employed for many years at the Life Foam Company of Waxachie. Her hobbies included playing dominoes and reading romance and mystery novels. She was very outgoing and loved entertaining. Betty was preceded in death by; her Husband, Ronnie Johnson, Son; Nykia Robbins, Father; Tim Robbins, and Sister; Joyce Fay Johnson.
She now leaves to cherish fond memories, Mother; Reddie Robbins of Waxachie, Daughter; Sonya Robbins, Sons; Ronnie Robbins and Dameon Johnson of Dallas, Granddaughters; Nicki Robbins, Deja Ingram Robbins and London Robbins of Dallas, Great Granddaughter; Kaniyah Brooks of Dallas, Sisters; Bertha Johnson (Willie) and Mary Myers both of Waxachie.
