It is with deep regret and profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Danny Ray Finch, age 61 of Paris, Texas.
Mr. Danny Ray “Pudding” Finch was born in Lake Creek, TX on December 16, 1959 to the parentage of Nathaniel “Nappy” Finch and Merlene Alexander Finch. He graduated from Delmar High School in 1979 and traveled the United States working various construction and paint jobs for over thirty years.
Danny confessed his life to Christ at a young age and was of the Baptist faith. He was recognized as an outgoing person and formed many lasting friendships. He had a big and generous heart and loved his family and friends dearly. Danny will be truly missed but never forgotten. He departed this life to be with the Lord and reunited with his loved ones in Heaven on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 at Paris Regional Medical Center in Paris, TX.
Danny was preceded in death by his son; Danny Finch, Jr., both parents; Nathaniel “Nappy” and Merlene Finch, Brothers; Junior Lee “Bubba” Finch and Freddie “Cricket” Finch, Sisters; Evelyn “Babb” Briggs and Lucy Mae Finch, Nephew; Jamie Finch, Uncles; Floyd Patterson, Clifford Alexander, Sr., Rio Alexander, Joe Finch, Jim Finch, Jake Finch, Lonzo Finch, Levy Finch and Lonnie Joe Finch, Sr., Aunts; Alma Carter, Margaret Barber, Ella Hearn, Mae Hill, Georgia Young, Rosie Brown, Beatrice Beamon, and Dorothy Miller.
He now leaves to cherish fond and precious memories, daughters; Shenda Franklin of Mesquite, TX, Tiffany Finch of Elkhart, IN, and Skyla Finch of Des Moines, IA; Grandsons Clinterius Franklin of Paris, TX and TaDarius Smith of Mesquite, TX, Great Grandchildren; Jayceon Franklin, Ky’zen Franklin, Ja’Ziyah Franklin, Syncere Franklin, and Kyrius Franklin, Aunts; Katherine Cooper of Cooper, TX and Mentha Finch of Paris, TX, A Special Cousin; Terry Alexander of Corsicana, TX; seven nephews, seven nieces, and a plethora of other relatives and friends.
