David Boschert Obituary

It is with utmost sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. David Michael Boschert, 65 of Glenn Heights, Texas. David was born on October 21, 1958, and passed away on July 26, 2024, in Dallas, TX. David joins his parents, Stanley and Maxine Boschert, in Heaven, and is survived by his Wife: Karen Boschert; his Children: Angela (Quassi) Harvey, David Michael Boschert Jr. “Michael” (Nikki), Jessica (Jon) Marshall and Megan (Erwin Smith) Boschert; his Grandchildren; David Michael Boschert III “Mikey”, Damien, Damien, Eric, Hailey, Caitlyn, Lylah, Athena, Mabel, and Dallas; his Siblings: Dan Boschert Sr., Stanley “Jerry” (Lydia) Boschert, Tom (Diana) Boschert, Larry (Glenna) Boschert, Vicky Schmidleutner, and Sue (Don) Clark; as well as many loved nieces and nephews.

David grew up in High Ridge, Missouri where he graduated from Northwest Highschool as a prominent football star, and later attended Southeast Missouri College. Shortly after college, David went on to begin working within the family business in Dallas, Texas, where he would spend the remainder of his career. David took great pride in his work and was a well-known and respected member within the communities.

David had many great joys in life. From hunting and enjoying time on the ranch with his family and closest friends (Doug, Sherry, and Mike) to the Dallas Cowboys and the Texas A&M Aggies; From traveling to beautiful locations around the world to visiting with his Children and Grandchildren every chance he could, David always made time for the people and the hobbies that he loved most, all while making sure to soak in every sunset along the way.

David was a man of Faith who lived his life in the footsteps of his Savior, Jesus Christ. He was effortlessly Kind, Selfless, Serviant, Humble, Gentle, Compassionate, Forgiving, Committed, Patient, and Prayerful. He exuded these characteristics so strongly that every person that was blessed enough to have him in their lives became better, because of him.

He was a Best Friend to many, a Bubba to one, and a Hero to those who called him Dad.

Please keep the family lifted in prayer.
