Franklin "Frank" Braxville Obituary

It is with utmost sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Franklin D. Braxville, age 81 of Cedar Hill, Texas.  Although subject to change, tentative for Mr. Braxville are posted.

FRANKLIN DELANO BRAXVILLE was born on June 3, 1943, to Ethyleen Beatrice Evens Braxville and Joseph C Braxville in Tampa Florida. Franklin lived in Florida for 4 years, after Franklin's father passed away in 1947, he and his mother move to NYC where she gave Franklin a better life.

When he was a teenager Franklin attended Frank A Lane H.S. After high school Franklin worked as a carpenter's apprentice. After graduation, he attended Hunters collage in NYC where he studied accounting and business.

After leaving college he was hired at Beth Isreal Hospital where he worked in accounting and Environmental Services. He was able turn this job into a career and retired after 32 years of work.

At the age of 28 yrs., he fell in love with a woman by the name of Marilyn Bailey. They soon after married and had one son by the name of Shawn Bailey. Unfortunately, years later Frank and Marilyn divorced but remained friends, coparenting their son.

Many years later, in 2014, Frank moved to Texas in hopes to be closer to his sister. While in Texas, he was blessed to meet Lettie Richardson. Soon thereafter, the two were able to marry at the beginning of 2019. Sadly, on September 4, 2020, their time together was cut short as Lettie Richardson-Braxville was laid to rest.
