Harold “Crusty Boy” McDaniel, Jr.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Harold “Crusty Boy” McDaniel Jr., age 71 of Carrollton, Texas. Early Tuesday morning on March 4, 2025, Harold “Crusty Boy” McDaniel, Jr. transitioned into eternity after a long illness. Harold was born on September 4,1953 in Dallas, TX to the late Harold McDaniel and the late Wilma Jones-Ross. Harold was preceded in death by both parents, his sister Mary Ross-Patio (Port Arthur, TX), and Anna Ross (Port Arthur, TX).

He leaves to cherish his memories Maggie McDaniel, affectionately called “Harold’s Angel”, his devoted wife of thirty-two (32) years. Three sisters: Pamela Malagayo (Mario), Theresa Johnson (Michael), and Judy Ross of Cedar Hill, TX. Two brothers: James Ross of Port Arthur, TX, Joseph Ross (Jiliet) of Orange, TX, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and
friends.
