Obituary
Mr. Marcus “Toodie” Keith Flanagan was born in Dallas, TX on April 26, 1971, to the parentage of Mrs. Ruthie Mae Allen and Mr. Jimmy Allen, Sr. He was preceded in death by his father, a brother and his Grandparents.
Marcus received his formal education in Dallas, TX at Lincoln High School, where he majored in welding. Afterwards, he entered the workforce as a warehouseman.
Marcus leaves to cherish his memory his son; LaMarcus Keith Washington of Dallas; two grandchildren LaMasha Washington and Markya Washington of Dallas; his mother Ruthie Mae Allen; two sisters Ranisha Allen (William) of Dallas and Taniquewa Allen of the US Army; four nephews JaQulan Allen, Kendrick Reed, Jimmy Reed and Jimmy Jr.; one great nephew Jackie Jernigan; two nieces Laura Jernigan and Jamia Allen; two great nieces Brianna Smith and Lauren Smith; One aunt Ollie Burnett; close cousins Jureatha Proctor, Tameka Perry, Angela Proctor, Antonio Perry, Christopher Perry, Marvin Perry, Charlene, Nell, Nellie, Dorothy, Renee Perry, Chetayua Bell (Victor), Willie Myers, Allease Lynch, Waletra Lynch, Alfrreda Parks, LaKenya Davis, Tiaydes Davis and his last girlfriend Shameka Williams all of Dallas. Marcus also leaves a host of other special relatives and friends. Marcus will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him!
