Pauline Francis Jordan

It is with deep regret and our most profound sorrow that we announce the transition from earth to glory of Mrs. Pauline Frances Jordan, a resident of Dallas, TX.  Bethesda Memorial believes that a life so precious, deserves to be wonderfully remembered. Services for Mrs. Jordan is posted.

Pauline Francis Jordan was born on April 11, 1942, in Winona, Texas, Smith County, to parents John and Azzie Lee Henson. She was a strong believer and devout servant of God. She
taught her children the purpose of having strong connections to God and having faith. She was always willing to help others. Pauline was a long-time member of Mitchell Street COGIC,
Saintsville COGIC and later The Potter’s House. She has one living sibling, Shirley Richardson of Pennsuaken, New Jersey.

She was preceded in death by her mom, dad and siblings, Edna L. Reese, John Henson Jr, Ruby F. Reese, Billy P. Henson, Jimmy Henson, Donald Henson, Eugene Henson, Jerry Z. Henson, Rose M. Jones, and Glenda S. White. Pauline and Lee A. Freeman (divorced) raised 5 children, Barton L. Henson (deceased), Zephra C. Freeman (Karen), Twyla F. Endsley, Rozalind R. Freeman and Kawinda R. Murry (Willie). Pauline later in life re-married to Walter R. Jordan (deceased), where she will be buried alongside him.

She had a good life and a good amount of time to enjoy it after retirement from DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit). Pauline was called home on Saturday December 24, 2022, to be with the Lord. She will be truly missed by her children, grandchildren Angel Morgan, Jeremy Henson, Terrence Henson, Aretha Johnson (Kelvin), Zane Freeman, Taundi Harris (Lewis), Julius Endsley, Jordan Endsley, Ebony Franklin (Kione), Darrias Harp (Milaykiss), Drálon Harp and all of us who loved her. Bethesda Memorial encourages all to please keep the Jordan family lifted in your thoughts, and prayers.
