The funeral arrangements for Ms. Samantha J. Blaylock of Dallas and Cameron, Texas is scheduled for 11 AM, Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the Beckley Heights Church of Christ which is located at 6510 S. R. L. Thornton Freeway - Dallas, TX 75232. Ms. Blaylock will lie in repose at the Beckley Heights Church on Thursday one hour before the start of the service. Interment will follow at the Dallas DFW National Cemetery. The loving care of Ms. Blaylock is entrusted to Bethesda Memorial Funeral Directors and Crematory Services of DeSoto, TX.

There will be a public visitation for Ms. Blaylock on Wednesday, May 20, 2015 from 1 to 7 PM at Bethesda Memorial which is located at 106 Terrace Drive - DeSoto. TX.
