Shawn Kimberly Coward-Jacobs

Shawn "Kim" was born on November 20, 1968 in Galveston, TX to the parentage of Harry Coward and Beatrice Davis. She spent her early childhood years in Lake Charles, LA and Beaumont, TX. Later she moved to the DFW Metroplex area where she met and married her husband Nathan Jacobs and where she lived out the remainder of her life. Kim passed peacefully from this life the evening of August 11th. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family and caregivers, during the last days of her life.

Kim leaves to cherish her memory; husband, Nathan Jacobs; children, Cedric Coward and Shardai Coward; mother, Beatrice Hebert; father, Harry Coward; three sisters, Leanna, Gail and Nikki (Lessie); five brothers, Clifton, Larry, Glen, Harry Jr. and Harry II; and a host of other relatives including; nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, along with a plethora of friends and associates. Kim will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her. Please keep the Coward, Hebert & Jacobs families uplifted in prayer.

Ms. Jacobs will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to the start of the homegoing service.
